Cold Smoked Beef Tenderloin

Peppercorn crusted, seared and served with scalloped truffle potatoes, grilled asparagus and an Oxtail Demi glacé.

Steak Au Poivre

Grilled Beef Strip Loin, Courvoisier cream sauce with garlic smashed potatoes and gravy.

Huli Huli Chicken

A Hawaiian Staple. Marinated for 24 hours in a Tamari, ginger BBQ brine. Served with Coconut Rice, slaw and a fresh pineapple salsa.

Pineapple Sirloin Skewers

Marinated overnight, grilled with Peppers, Onions and pineapple, served with Coconut Rice and Slaw with a ponzu sauce

Grilled Mango Ginger Shrimp

Coconut Rice, Fried Plantains, Pineapple Salsa and Sambal

Kalua Pork Belly Steak

Brined for 4 days, peach wood smoked, grilled pineapple served with a Kalua Demi Glacé. Woah.

Corned Beef and Grilled Cabbage

What else is there to say...? Brisket Brined for 10 days, Smoked for 15 hours Served with roasted rosemary carrots, onions and potatoes. 

Korean Marinated Flanken Short Ribs

Tamari and Sambal Marinated, Kimchi served on steamed rice and honey glazed carrots

Thai Style Whole Red Snapper

Grilled and steamed in a Thai herb sauce, Stuffed with lemongrass, Thai basil, mint, garlic and cilantro. Served with Jasmine rice, sautéed snow peas, carrots, onions and a Thai yellow curry.

Balsamic Marinated Portobello Mushroom

Grilled, fire roasted red pepper, tomato, red onion, charred mozzarella and fresh sweet basil on a bed of fresh greens.

Sautéed onion, carrot and green beans, steamed rice in a spicy Thai Penang Coconut Curry.

Chicago Style Birria Deep Dish Pizza

We for sure know how to make a deep dish pizza.. Spinach, meatballs, homemade sauce, the right cheese, but this one was special.

Birria from scratch, pizza crust seared in the Birria fat and layered just like the classic from Chicago...
